How to make the Brass Fiddle – Pour the Peach Schnapps, Whiskey, Pineapple Juice and Orange Juice into a blender. Add one Collins Glass of Crushed Ice. Blend until smooth. Swirl the Grenadine Syrup around the edge of a parfait glass. Add Mixture from blender. Garnish with a Pineapple slIce and a Maraschino Cherry, and serve.
