How to make the Caribbean Frenzy – I made this up while watching my mother’s boyfriend sword fight. His family is from Barbados, and we call him Barbados Slim. He pulled out two swords and went all crazy. So, I decided to make a drink in his honor. So there you have it.All ratios of the drink are up to you. How ever strong or big you want to make it. Experiment. Have fun.Mix the 3 different Rums (amount of your choIce) in a glass. Add Mango Juice (also of your choIce). Stir Take a Shot Glass of 151, and light it on fire. Quickly drop it into the Rum Mixture, and drink.

Captain Pat’s Rapier

How to make the Captain Pat’s Rapier – Fully Ice hurricane glass. In shaker with Ice, combine Captain Morgan SpIced Rum, Creme de Almond, Triple Sec, Orange Juice, and Cranberry Juice. Shake and pour over Ice in hurricane glass. Float Bacardi 151 on top. Garnish on one side of rim with Orange and Lime slIce, and on other side of rim with a flag or a small umbrella.

Captain Jack Sparrow

How to make the Captain Jack Sparrow – Empty a 16 ounce bottle and add 6 Ice Cubes to it. Add the Bacardi 151 Rum, Captain Morgan Original SpIced Rum, Southern Comfort® and Pineapple Juice. Leave enough room at the top for the foam when you shake it up. Shake until Ice Cubes are pretty much melted and serve. May be served on Ice if desired.

How to make the Cancun Rum Runner – Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with Ice Cubes. Shake for a few seconds. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a Pineapple slIce and Cherry, and serve.

How to make the Cancun Current – Pour the 151, Malibu, and Pineapple Juice into a Mixer full of Ice, shake, and strain into a rocks glass. Tilt the rocks glass and pour the Chambord®onto the glass. The Chambord®will sink to the bottom giving you a golden top layer and a purple bottom layer. Serve.
