Billy Bishop
How to make the Billy Bishop – The drink gets its name from a Canadian World War II hero. The Gin represents England, the Cointreau® Orange Liqueur represents France, the rye represents Canada, and the Orange Juice represents the US. Typically, the drink is served only once a year in Canada, Veteran’s Day, and only to veterans. Fill an Old Fashioned Glass 2/3 full with Ice. Pour in the English Gin and Cointreau® Orange Liqueur. Put a splash of Rye Whiskey on top. Finish by filling the glass with Orange Juice.
