How to make the Brave Bull – Pour Tequila and Coffee Liqueur over Ice Cubes in an Old Fashioned Glass and stir. Add the twist of Lemon and serve.

How to make the Blue Diablo – Color some regular Salt by adding blue food dye. (Food dye optional.) Salt the rim of an Old Fashioned Glass; rub a slIce of citrus fruit, preferably Lemon, around the rim, and then roll the edge of the glass in a saucerful of the above Salt. Chill the glass by placing in fridge or freezer.
When chilled, fill the glass about 2/3’s full of Ice. Add a shot of top-shelf Tequila. Add a squeeze of Lemon Juice, preferably fresh, and a dash each of both Lime Cordial and blue Curacao. Serve while the blue Curacao runs down the middle of the drink.
How to make the Blue Lagoon Margarita – Pour the Jose Cuervo® Gold, blue Curacao, 7up and Rose’s® Sweetened Lime Juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with Ice Cubes. Add Pineapple Juice to taste, and shake vigorously. Strain into an Old Fashioned Glass 1/4 filled with Ice Cubes, and serve.
How to make the Blue Margarita – Rub rim of Cocktail Glass with Lime Juice. Dip rim in coarse Salt. Shake Tequila, blue Curacao, and Lime Juice with Ice, strain into the Salt-rimmed glass, and serve.
How to make the Blue Tap – Shake Tequila and Pineapple Juice with Ice. Pour into a highball glass filled with Ice and pour the Curacao into the center of the drink.
How to make the Big Red Hooter – Pour Tequila and Amaretto over Ice into Collins Glass. Fill with Pineapple Juice and top with Grenadine Syrup. Garnish with a Cherry and serve with a straw.
How to make the Big Unit – With Tequila already in glass, pour Blue Curacao down the side so that it underlays the Tequila. Do not Mix!
