The drink is popular in New York State and in all good bars. Chill the Grenadine Syrup. Pour the blue Curacao into a champagne flute. Add the Lemon Lime Soda to taste. Slowly pour the Grenadine Syrup into the glass in order for it to sink. Add the Baileys Irish Cream with a Teaspoon slowly in the glass to allow it to float, and serve.
