How to make the Apple Blow – Pour the Brandy, Lemon Juice, Egg White, Sugar and Apple Juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with Ice Cubes. Shake well. Strain over a few Ice Cubes in a Collins Glass. Add Club Soda, and serve.
