How to make the Absinthe Margarita – This is one of the drinks I created to help my friends get into the unusual taste of Absinth® – Absinthe Herbal Liqueur. Since Tequila is already one of the more Sour spirits, I thought that a margarita might be able to handle a substitution with the notoriously bitter flavor of Absinth® – Absinthe Herbal Liqueur, and what I came up with is a nIce Sweet & Sour drink with an herbal bite. Combine all liquids in cocktail shaker with Ice and strain into a margarita glass. Garnish with Lemon slIces.
