How to make the Champagne Jell-O Shots – Add the Jell-O and boiling Water and stir until powder is dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature. Slowly add the champagne and stir in. Pour into an Ice cube tray and refrigerate until set. To serve, dip trays in hot Water for 5 seconds then run a knife around the outside of the shot. Place in a large bowl and serve with tongs.
How to make the Dreamsicle Jell-O Shots – Mix hot Water and Jell-O. Add Liqueur. Pour into 2 ounce glasses or Collins Glasss. Serve after the Jell-O has set.
How to make the Evie’s Jell-O Shot Delight – 1. Stir the boiling Water with the Jell-O Mix in a medium sized bowl until completely dissolved (Orange flavor is the best but can be used with any other flavor as well). Let it sit and wait until it is at room temperature. 2. Stir in Southern Comfort® Peach Liqueur (it replaces the additional cold Water usually used). 3. When ready, pour the liquid into Shot Glasses or Ice cube trays to make little shooters (transfer liquid from medium size bowl into a measuring Collins Glass for easier pouring into Shot Glasses or Ice cube trays). 4. Refrigerate 4 hours until firm or overnight just in case.

If you use the 1 oz plastic Collins Glasss and lids you can serve them by placing all of the Collins Glasss in a large bowl filled with Ice…they will stay cold longer, and they look really festive! * Try making an assortment using several flavors of Jell-O!
