How to make the Flaming Lemon Drop – Pour Absolut Citron into Shot Glass and top off with a splash of Galliano® Herbal Liqueur. Place one half Lemon slIce flat on the rim of the Shot Glass, put some Sugar on the slIce and soak the Sugar with Bacardi® 151 Rum. — Just before drinking, ignite the Sugar. Blow the flame out when the it seems to Caramelize the Sugar. Lick the Sugar off the Lemon slIce, down the Vodka Mixture, then either suck the Juices or bite the pulp of the Lemon.
How to make the Chanel #5 – SlIce the Lemon and Lime into wedges (3 Lemon & 4 Lime) and muddle together with the Simple Syrup. Add alcoholic ingredients in a cocktail shaker with Ice. Shake vigorously and strain into chilled glass.
How to make the Blue Knickers – Shake the Vodka, Blue Curacao, Galliano® Herbal Liqueur and Pineapple Juice in a shaker. Pour into glass and add a layer of Cream to the top. Serve with a straw and an Orange wedge. Drink is to be sipped through the straw.
How to make the Big Red Hooter #2 – Pour the Midori® Melon Liqueur into a pint glass or 500ml tall glass. Fill to the top with Ice. Carefully add the Vodka which should remain separate above the Midori. Pour Orange and Cranberry Juice in equal measures until the glass is 3/4 full. Pour a ring of Cherry Brandy. Add 1/3 of a can of red-bull (or similar Energy Drink), and finally pour a ring of Galliano® Herbal Liqueur on top, and serve. When done correctly the glass will be almost full, there will be a green layer at the bottom from the midori and the rest of the drink will be red.
How to make the Baywatch – Shake the Vodka, the Galliano® Herbal Liqueur and the Juice in a shaker. Then add Ice and finally put Cream on top. A little bit of Green Creme de Menthe makes it look really great. Should be served in a hurricane glass with a straw.

How to make the Buttafuoco – In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except Club Soda and Cherry with cracked Ice. Shake well. Strain into glass over Ice Cubes and fill with Club Soda. Stir, then add Cherry.
