Sweater Kitten
How to make the Sweater Kitten – In Kenora, North Western Ontario, Canada, we don’t have much to do in the winter besides drink…and knit! Kenora’s hottest knitting club, the Sweater Kittens, founded by Laura Duguay are famous for shooting back this sweet and pretty looking shot that tastes like Neapolitan Ice Cream. OriGinated in 2005, the girls are still referred to as the Sweater Kittens at Haps Bar and Grill need only hold up there hands to tell the bartender how many they will need on this particular trip to the bar. And please note, the knitting club has yet to learn how to knit a single garment…but every meeting is well looked forward to!Fill Shot Glass with 3/4 oz. Creme de Cacao. Carefully add 1/4 oz. Baja Rosa so that it floats on top of the Creme de Cacao – best to do so over a spoon on the side of the Shot Glass to get the desired floating effect. Failure to do so will result in a mushy looking shot…Enjoy!!
